People Places and Things!

I just posted 3 new galleries, PeoplePlaces and Things. You guessed it, that's what these galleries contain. I aim on adding and rearranging these galleries on a more regular basis, and filling them with photographs of many different styles and genres.

Everything from portraits to product shots. From the night sky, to the tiniest insect, chances are you will find it here at some stage.

Follow the links above or hover over the new galleries menu at the top of your screen.

Cheers and huru for now.

Prints Now Available!

Hi guys!

I recently got excited and splashed out on a wide format photo printer for my spare room. I decided to pick up an Epson Artisan 1430.

I got this baby mainly because it prints A3+ and, at least in theory, rolls of continuous paper.  I am delighted with how easy it was to set up and use (once I found a usb cable that is) and the print quality I am now able to produce is far beyond what was previously available without a 3 day wait.

My first few prints were a perfect match with the print preview as shown by Lightroom, which is a nice change from the seemingly endless dark images I had previously experienced with my old printers.

I can't recommend this thing highly enough to any photographer who wishes to produce their own prints easily from home. This printer is simply wonderful. It was within my budget and the inks and paper styles are also fairly well priced.

M.I.A.

I know I know. I have been gone for a little while. But I am back. HURRAY!!!! Now that school has returned, I have been back at work, making money to pay bills and fund this expensive hobby.

I took a step outside of my comfort zone and just shot a School Musical Production (well the dress rehearsal anyway as I am otherwise engaged during the show running the backdrops) and thought I would spam my shots here.

The show is entitled Phantom of the Roxy and was written specially to celebrate the 80th anniversary of this grand old darling. So I will let the photos talk for themselves and if you click the image below, hopefully some more photos will come your way.

Thanks and huru for now ☺
